Why I built Lively
Hi, I'm Alana. My brain is loud: a constant stream of tasks, ideas, routines and things I'm supposed to remember, all competing for attention at once. I tried every app and planner out there, and nothing fitted the way my brain actually works.
So I built the app I needed. Lively is for anyone with a noisy brain, whether that's ADHD, or just a full life and big plans. The goal isn't to do more. It's to quiet the noise enough to know what to focus on today.
The free trial is for new Essentials subscribers. After 14 days it continues at the plan's price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, in your iPhone's Settings.

Is Lively free? +
Yes. Lively is free to download, and the free plan includes My Day, reporting and up to 5 personal tasks. Essentials unlocks unlimited tasks and calendar integration for £7.99 a month or £79.99 a year, and new subscribers can try it free for 14 days.
How does the free trial work? +
You get every Essentials feature free for 14 days. If you don't cancel, it continues at £7.99 a month. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends in your iPhone's Settings and you won't be charged.
Is Lively on Android? +
Not yet. Lively is available on iPhone from the App Store.
Can I see my existing calendars in Lively? +
Yes. With Essentials you can link your calendars, including Google Calendar, so events sit alongside your tasks and routines in My Day.
Who is Lively for? +
Anyone with a busy, noisy brain: people juggling work, home, health, family and goals, including people with ADHD who find most planners too rigid.
